Scam artists....can't believe they actually made a site happen.

Move on, do not buy. Not AT ALL reputable.

scam scam they have bot bidders

Sam

Many have bot bidders and a few don't. Check out www.pennyautcionwatch.com to see what the penny community says about them. Pennypurses.com has a high rep.

Do not use Penny Purses website, I have the very same bid time on a purse and they said the other person won. Seems like the same people win each week, something is not right. Will be interested in what they write back since I notified them that two people having the same bid time and they select the other person's bid as a winner?

I neglected to mention the most important thing...NO BOTS, I PROMISE!

Penny Auction

Many Penny Auctions sites out there are failing. Whether it's poor planning, lack of tech skills to run an

efficient site, or all the above, the rate in which old ones die and new ones start is staggering. It is a good idea to research these sites and see which

ones have been up the longest. A good way to find out if the penny auctions are good are to contact the customer service and see how fast you get a reply. If

it's within a few hours you're probably on your way to finding a great penny auction site!

Make sure you find a site you are comfortable with and watch the auctions before you participate and contact the site if you have any questions. You can check out http://www.BOOMbidz.com

I always wait till the last seconds to put in my bid. If I want an item that is up for $5 and maybe I'm willing to pay $10 for it, but I don't REALLY want it....I'll wait. If no one has bid on it and there are 30 secs left, I'll throw in my bid for $5. If I get it cool. If someone out bids me, fine, I didn't really want it that bad enough to put my max bid at $10 anyway.

I think that swoopo can be a little bit of a scam sometimes...I'm pretty sure that they might be using automated bidding systems but i don't know for sure. What kind of problems have you had with them?

Thanks for the post! Penny auctions are very interesting, a lot of people think they are a scam, but in reality they are just another game similar to gambling.

Penny Auction Reviews

Penny auctions are great, but be careful before joining just anyone of them.

I think the most important thing about participating in penny auction is that you understand how the sites operate. It is explained clearly in our review why some sites do not have to be scams to run penny auctions. Observe and use your common sense.

for example, iPad being sold for $40 meaning the auction site pockets a whopping $4000 for a $600 items. With the huge profit, they want to keep their business legit so they can keep rolling obviously.
