Following the Samwell brothers' investment house Rocket Internet, Holtzbrinck Ventures has also disclosed investments in fashion startups Enamora (since June 2008), Zalando (since September 2008) and 7trends (since March 2009).
All three startups seek to replicate in Germany the internationally successful e-commerce business models of Zappos, ASOS and Co.
Holtzbrinck Ventures has not invested in Beautydeal. Instead, Dumont Venture stepped in January 2009.
