After Phase I, where the spotlight was given to the “active” users who were producing collages, Phase II turns more attention to the “passive” users who see Polyvore as a source of tips and inspiration. Accordingly the newly launched version offers plenty of additional search and navigation elements:

Discreetly not mentioned is the departure of Josh Wetzel, who had originally moved over from Shopping.com to drive the business development efforts.
There’s indeed a still a world of difference between price comparison services and social shopping.
